We were invited as guest speakers at the 1st National Conference on Artificial Intelligence in Medical Imaging (IADI 2024), organized by the Data and Artificial Intelligence Lab of the School of Engineering and Agricultural Sciences at the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina.

During the event, we shared how AI can improve access to annual ophthalmologic checkups for people with diabetes—especially when it’s trained to address the specific clinical needs that are currently underserved. Many thanks to all the organizers for the invitation!
